At Virtuously Modern, we are committed to providing high-quality products that reflect excellence, faith, and intentional living. Please review our return and refund policy below before making your purchase.
Returns (Apparel & Jewelry Only)
We gladly accept returns on apparel and jewelry items within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Have no signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Bible bundles
- Virtual services (coaching, consulting, etc.)
- Digital products (downloads, templates, planners, etc.)
- Mystery scoops
Due to the nature of these products and services, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
